White Crane Healing Arts Center Policies
First Week – Free of Charge!
You are welcome to observe and/or participate in a class that you have not taken before. You will have an opportunity to ask questions of the instructors and feel the class out in general.
Payment for Classes – You can pay for classes individually or by the month. If paying for the month, fees are due by the 10th. We try not to wield a "heavy hand" in requesting payment from you, and instead hope and trust that you will be prompt and honest in your payments.
Registration – A Registration form needs to be filled out the first time you register for a class. Include both your business and home phone numbers in case of a class cancellation. All information will be kept strictly confidential.
Address or Information Changes – Please inform us of any changes in names, address or phones so we can keep our records current.
Scented Body Care Products – We respectfully request that students not wear perfumes and other scented body care products at the Center. Some individuals are very sensitive to the chemicals in these products and can become ill.
Participation in Movement Classes – You can set personal limits with any exercise that you feel uncomfortable with or overly stressed at any time without the need to explain. If you have a physical disability or injury, then by all means do not go beyond your natural limitations and please make the instructor aware of your condition.
Suggestions, Comments, and Complaints – It is important to us that the time you spend at the center is quality time and that you receive quality instruction. Please speak to a staff member if you have a suggestion or comment concerning the center or classes. Also if you have a complaint, please refrain from voicing that complaint during a class, as this can be disruptive and/or direspectful to the instructor. You can, however speak to the instructor after class or if you prefer, write, drop a note in the suggestion box or e-mail us.
